I've been going to Bellagio for a couple of years now, ever since the decline in service and administration changes at Sassy Nails. Up until yesterday, Bellagio had been synonymous with pampering, relaxation, and something I always liked forward to. Now I'm not so sure. Yesterday, 6/6/26 I went in to get my monthly pedi and found considerably less customers than usual; this place was always packed. Now, I get it, I could have arrived during a not very popular time of day. I sat at my massage chair at 4:05 and the nail artist was done at 4:36. The service felt rushed and i Bentonville that to the pertain who did my pedi. I did not get the leg massage with lotion one usually gets before the hot towels are wrapped in my legs, and not all the lotion was used. One lotion baggie was left. If that's not enough to make me rethink visiting Bellagio again, I was charged $65 for a Classic Pedi, announced for $45 in their website. Was there an administration change? Are they cutting corners? Could my experience have been a fluke? Well see! I'll go back next month and compare. But the good news is that there's no shortage of nail salons in Franklin 🙌🏽
